| Kits for "A", "B", "C" & "D" Checks, and Cargo Conversions
|

Kitting
Safomar manage with approved maintenance facilities to hold and distribute JIT material parts required for A, B, C & D check. Kits are supplied with full manufacturer's certification and referenced to the respective inspection task card. Kit supplies presently are focused on the B737, MD80, DC9 and C130/L100 series aircraft.
Cargo Conversions
Bedek Aviation (IAI) conversions are well known in the market for their excellent design and work. Assembling the door and surround structure on a special tool ensures quality, weight saving, parts commonality and assuring a robust product. The conversion kit suppliers and conversion sites are carefully selected and there is extensive on-the-job training in the Bedek facility. This design approach applies to all IAI conversion projects (737, 747, 757 and 767).
A benefit of being an experienced MRO provider, allows incorporating heavy maintenance while converting the aircraft, adding significant value to the customer, by minimizing costs and downtime. Bedek Aviation is one of the few centers which has developed FAA approved Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) to meet the increased demand for freighter aircraft. |

Safomar Aviation offers various options to accommodate for aircraft operators specific requirements. The main repair and overhaul options provided by Safomar Aviation include rate per flight hour or time and material arrangements.
In the RPFH option on rotable aircraft parts, Safomar Aviation will assist in the positioning of selectable base kits with guaranteed dispatch reliability.
In the time and material option, Safomar Aviation will receive that the customers will receive value for their money with no compromise in quality of the repair and overhaul. |

| Vibration management and equipment supply for rotary and fixed wing aircraft

Helitune is a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotor track and balance equipment as well as vibration analysis equipment for all dynamic components. The equipment can be utilised on various applications including Helicopters, Jet and Turbo-prop aircraft.
Safomar Aviation supplies the Helitune systems and then provides the maintenance, upgrades, balancing services, data capturing and training thereof.
